BACKGROUND:  Staff had negotiated Master Service Agreements for Professional Services in Year 2016. Foth was originally authorized for $450,000 through Council Item #16-119 (L). Foth has reached their Master Service Agreement limit. In order to continue professional services for Foth through December 31, 2018, we need to add $89,000 to their Master Services Agreement. Foth will continue to provide services for the Solid Waste Program Outreach and Engagement project throughout the City of Peoria.

 

 

FINANCIAL IMPACT:  Solid Waste Program Outreach and Engagement project is funded through the Refuse Collection Fund.

 

NEIGHBORHOOD CONCERNS:  This contract extension will enable the City to continue the Solid Waste Program outreach & engagement throughout the City of Peoria.

                     

IMPACT IF APPROVED: Staff can issue work orders to continue using Foth for professional services.

 

IMPACT IF DENIED:  Staff will not be able to issue work orders to continue using Foth for professional services.
