This grant provides funding to conduct required additional environmental studies and to cleanup environmental contamination on the property. The grant requires $100,000 in matching funds which will be allocated from the Eagle View TIF.
After the grant period began in the fall of 2020, the Community Development Department released a Request For Qualifications (RFQ) for contractors qualified to carry out the grant requirements, including environmental testing, cleanup oversite, and reporting. We received responses from two firms.
