BACKGROUND:

The petitioner is requesting to obtain a special use to amend an existing PUD for additions to the existing units and the addition of a community building for resident use. The existing units are to be completely remodeled on both the interior and the exterior. Small building additions to the existing units are proposed to provide larger bathroom, kitchen, and living space. The proposed development will retain the same number of units (100), and same configuration of the clustered buildings and parking areas.
