BACKGROUND: Mr. Steve Behm, General Manager, Huck's, presented a Site Application for the approval of a new construction of an existing Class CG (gas station) Liquor License at 7225 N. Allen Road. The Liquor Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of this Site Application. Minutes of the Liquor Commission Meeting are attached.
Since this is a newly constructed building, a Certificate of Occupancy must be obtained.

NEIGHBORHOOD CONCERNS: There were no concerns expressed.
IMPACT IF APPROVED: Alcoholic beverages can be sold at this new site.
