BACKGROUND: Jason Pacey, Owner, presented a Site Application for a Class A (Tavern) liquor license, with a Subclass 3 (beer garden) at 619 SW Water, Suite 1A. The Liquor Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of this Site Application. Minutes of the Liquor Commission Meeting are attached.
