Communication from the City Manager with a Request to APPROVE the 2022 ANNUAL CITY LEGISLATIVE AGENDA.

BACKGROUND: Staff and Council were asked to submit legislative proposals for consideration to be included into the 2022 City of Peoria Legislative Agenda. The following attachment includes the legislative items and capital projects that the City would seek support from our local legislative delegation.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: The legislative proposals would provide financial relief to the City.
NEIGHBORHOOD CONCERNS: The legislative proposals would strengthen neighborhoods and recreational opportunities.
IMPACT IF APPROVED: The 2022 City of Peoria Legislative Agenda will be shared with the Peoria State Legislative Delegation.
IMPACT IF DENIED: The Council will not have a Legislative Agenda for 2022.
ALTERNATIVES: Council could add or remove items from the agenda.
