BACKGROUND: Emily Cotton & Cyd Henricksen, Owners, presented a Site Application for a Class B (restaurant, 50% food) Liquor License, with a Subclass 3 (beer garden) at 5805 N. Knoxville. The Liquor Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of this site application. Minutes of the Liquor Commission Meeting are attached.
