A. APPROVE a RESOLUTION Approving an ANNEXATION AGREEMENT for the Property Located at Temporary Address 8600 N RADNOR ROAD (Parcel Identification No. 13-01-200-003), Peoria, IL.
B. ADOPT an ORDINANCE ANNEXING Property Located at Temporary Address 8600 N RADNOR ROAD (Parcel Identification No. 13-01-200-003), Peoria, IL.
C. ADOPT an ORDINANCE REZONING Property from Class R-3 (Single Family Residential) District to Class I-1 (Industrial/Business Park) District for the Property Located at Temporary Address 8600 N RADNOR ROAD (Parcel Identification No. 13-01-200-003), Peoria, IL.

BACKGROUND: Petitioner Betty Mae Hollenberg is requesting to:
1) Annex PIN 13-01-200-003 comprised of 38.1 acres.
2) Rezone property to Class I-1 (Industrial/Business Park)
Proposed terms of the Annexation Agreement include:
1) Property shall be zoned Class I-1 (Industrial/Business Park)
2) Connection to public sanitary sewer and water required upon non-agricultural development of the property.
The Planning & Zoning Commission found that the request met the Findings of Fact and voted 5 to 0 to approve the request to annex and rezone the property.
