BACKGROUND:  Bruce Thiemann, Attorney, and Tyler Seibert, Owner, Flapper House Limited, presented a Site Application to expand an exiting a Class A (Tavern) Liquor License, with an existing Subclass 1 (4:00 a.m. closing hours) and Subclass 2 (live entertainment), by adding additional floor space and a Subclass 3 (beer garden) at 116 SW Jefferson. The Liquor Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of this request 4-0.  Minutes of the Liquor Commission Meeting are attached.

NEIGHBORHOOD CONCERNS:  There were no concerns expressed.
                     
IMPACT IF APPROVED: Alcoholic beverages can continue to be sold and consumed at this expanded establishment adding additional floor space and an outdoor beer garden.
 
IMPACT IF DENIED:  This site will not be able to sell or serve any kind of alcohol.
