[Council District 5]

Body

BACKGROUND:  Frontier Communications has existing fiber optic cables located in private easements along the south side of Alta Lane’s alignment. IMPACT IF APPROVED: The utility will relocate the cables for the Alta Lane & Radnor Road Roundabout Project.

IMPACT IF DENIED:  The Council would need to provide further direction to Staff.
