BACKGROUND:
The Civic Center is requesting to attach a temporary wall sign, 40 x 40 feet in area, on the façade facing Kumpf; a waiver from Section 17.22 j, which requires adherence to Section 17.10.c.(1) a., to allow more than one temporary sign per frontage; and to allow signage exceeding 20% of the façade.
The Planning and Zoning Commission voted 7-0 to approve the request.
