BACKGROUND: The Commission reviewed a Site Application for a Class B (restaurant, 50% food) Liquor License, with a Subclass 2 (live entertainment) and a Subclass 3 (beer garden) at 7716 N. US Route 91, contingent upon compliance with all building permit requirements. The Liquor Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of this site Application. Minutes of the Liquor Commission Meeting are attached.
