BACKGROUND:  Attorney Jane O'Haver and Property Manager Monte Brannan, representing Courtyard Management Corporation, presented a Site Application for a Class D (hotel) Liquor License at 533 Main Street.  The Liquor Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of this Site Application and the Subclass 4 (ballroom).  Minutes of the Liquor Commission Meeting are attached.
