BACKGROUND:  
The petitioner is requesting to amend the Annexation Agreement for the subject property to extend the acquisition deadline from June 30, 2014 to July 31, 2014.   The annexation agreement currently has a provision which allows for an extension if agreed by all parties.  No other changes to the annexation agreement are proposed.  
 
Note, the closing on the acquisition of the property by Twenty-Four Corp, LLC from the Chambers family was completed on July 8th, 2014.

The Planning & Zoning Commission found that the request met the Findings of Fact requirements and VOTED 6 to 0, with 1 abstention.
