BACKGROUND: John Sims, Manager, presented a Site Application for a Class B-1 (restaurant, 25% food) liquor license, with a Subclass 1A (2:00 a.m. closing hours) and a Subclass 2 (live entertainment) at 3033 N. Sterling. The Liquor Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of this Site Application, with the stipulation that the request for a Subclass 1A (2:00 a.m. closing) is resubmitted after one year of being in business. Mr. Sims agreed with the one-year deferral of the request to obtain the Subclass 1A (2:00 a.m. closing hours). Minutes of the Liquor Commission Meeting are attached.
