BACKGROUND:  Petitioner Michael Teague is requesting a Special Use in a Class C-1 (General Commercial) District for Used Auto Sales.  The petitioner wishes to establish the used auto sales business at the noted location with approximately 21 spaces of vehicle display and 3 spaces for customer parking.

 

The Planning & Zoning Commission found that the request met the Findings of Fact and voted 6 to 0 to APPROVE, including Staff’s conditions.
