BACKGROUND: Christopher Ober, Owner, presented a Site Application for a Class B (restaurant, 50% food) Liquor License, with a Subclass 3 (beer garden) at 1000 SW Adams. The Liquor Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of this Site Application. Minutes of the Liquor Commission Meeting are attached.
