BACKGROUND: Petitioner Lora Martinson, on behalf of Culver's Restaurant, is requesting to amend the existing Special Use to allow for a larger drive through menu board. No other changes are proposed to the special use properties.

The Planning & Zoning Commission found that the request met the Findings of Fact and voted 4 to 0 to APPROVE the request with the following conditions:

NEIGHBORHOOD CONCERNS (at the Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting): None

IMPACT IF APPROVED: A 46.29 sq. ft. in size and 6 foot, 3 inch tall menu board may be installed in the Culver's restaurant drive through, replacing two existing menu boards.

IMPACT IF DENIED: Menu board signage must adhere to the regulations of the Unified Development Code and cannot exceed 30 sq. ft in size and 5 feet in height.
