BACKGROUND:
The City of Peoria Innovation Team (i-team) works to bring new approaches to bear within their defined priority areas. The i-team’s success relies upon building strategic partnerships both within and outside of the City in order to foster effective cross-departmental and cross-sector collaboration. The Good Wolf Group, LLC is an international leader in leadership, strategy and organizational adaptation and provides unique training services that serve to build the capacity of an organization to work together more effectively in challenging times by leveraging talent and building a shared set of tools and practices.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: Funding for this purchase will come from the Bloomberg Philanthropies Innovation Grant and is a budgeted item within the 2017 Innovation Team Budget (City Manager’s Office).
