Body
BACKGROUND: Under Item #16-270, City Council approved the Contract with C&G Concrete for upgrading sidewalks on West Seibold, West Fremont, and South Folkers Avenue under the Sidewalks in Need of Repair (SINR) Program. Those sidewalks are currently being installed, to provide safe walking areas for pedestrians leading to Trewyn School, along with others within the Harrison Impact Zone (HIZ).

Caterpillar, Inc. has received complaints about multiple tripping hazards around their Headquarters facility at 100 NE Adams Street. FINANCIAL IMPACT: The amount for this Change Order #1 will be paid by encumbering $15,000.00 from 2016 Sidewalk In Need of Repair Program, #PB1606, and reprogramming $20,000.00 from Sidewalk Participation...
