BACKGROUND:
The City Council recently approved of the 2019 Revised Budget. Capital funding for the MacArthur Highway Bridge received $100,000 of State Motor Fuel Tax funds toward completing this project in 2019.
This second Supplemental State Motor Fuel Tax Resolution accompanies the original $400,000, (Item #17-310 A) and first supplemental $400,000 (Item # 18-040 B) to yield a total State Motor Fuel Tax allotment on the MacArthur Highway Bridge Project for $900,000.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: Project M14365 would be eligible to use $100,000 from the State Motor Fuel Tax fund and allow IDOT to further authorize ongoing work by Motor Fuel Tax Resolution.

IMPACT IF APPROVED: Staff can fund the completion of the Construction of the MacArthur Highway Bridge project.
