BACKGROUND: Andy Faris, Owner, J.K. Williams Distilling, LLC presented a Site Application to change from a Class C-1 (Packaged Goods) Liquor License, with a Subclass 6 (Product Tastings) to a Class A (Tavern) Liquor License, with a Subclass 2 (live entertainment) at 8635 N. Industrial Road. The Liquor Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of this request 4-0. Minutes of the Liquor Commission Meeting are attached.
