BACKGROUND: Mohammed Issa, Owner, and Mark Rosenberg, Property Owner Representative, presented a Site Application for a Class C-1 (Packaged Goods) Liquor License at 3037 N. Sterling Ave. The Application was deferred to the July 5, 2022, Rescheduled Liquor Commission Meeting. The Liquor Commission voted unanimously to recommend denial of this request 4-0. Minutes of the Liquor Commission Meeting are attached.

NEIGHBORHOOD CONCERNS: Several Neighborhood Residents submitted letters in opposition of the Site Approval Request.
