BACKGROUND: Walter Zich, Member & General Manager, Po-Boy’s on Frostwood, LLC presented a Site Application for a Class I (assembly hall) Liquor License, with a Subclass 1A (2:00 a.m. closing hours) at 3214 N. Dries. The Liquor Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of this Site Application 4-0. Minutes of the Liquor Commission Meeting are attached.
