BACKGROUND: Christell Frausto & Sultan Noorullah, Owners, presented a Site Application for a Class C-1 (packaged goods) Liquor License, with a Subclass 6 (product tastings) at 3504 N. Prospect Road. The Liquor Commission voted 3-1 to recommend approval of this Site Application. Minutes of the November 4, 2019 Liquor Commission Meeting will be submitted upon completion.
