BACKGROUND: Peoria Friendship House has applied for a temporary outdoor liquor license that will allow for the sale and consumption of alcohol at a “Rappel Event at the Chase Bank Building” outdoor fundraiser. The fundraiser will be held at 411 Hamilton Blvd. All proceeds will benefit Peoria Friendship House. The Peoria Police Department has recommended that this license be granted.
