BACKGROUND: Jessica Miller, Owner, presented a Site Application for a Class A (tavern) Liquor License, with a Subclass 1A (2:00 a.m. closing hours on Friday, Saturday and Sunday mornings) at 104 South Street.  The Liquor Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of this Site Application.  Minutes of the Liquor Commission Meeting are attached.
