BACKGROUND:  WTVP has applied for a temporary outdoor liquor license that will allow for the sale and consumption of alcohol at a “Pigs & Swigs” outdoor fundraiser.  The fundraiser will be held in the alley behind 736 SW Washington St. on Commercial St. to State St. to SW Water St. between the hours of 12:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.  Security will be provided.  All proceeds will benefit WTVP.  The Peoria Police Department has recommended that this license be granted.

NEIGHBORHOOD CONCERNS:  There were no concerns expressed.
