B. ACCEPT a DEDICATION DEED From OSF HEALTHCARE SYSTEM for a Strip of Land Along the Relocated BERKELEY AVENUE;

BACKGROUND: The requested right of way dedications and vacations are the result of the following major construction projects completed during the last six years on OSF Healthcare Systems' downtown campus:

* OSF Milestone Project
* Jump Trading Simulation & Education Center
* Realignment of Berkeley Avenue between Glen Oak and Pennsylvania Avenues
* Realignment of Pennsylvania Avenue from Berkeley Avenue to Glen Oak Avenue
* Realignment of Missouri Avenue between Armstrong Avenue and Pennsylvania Avenue

The subject vacations, dedications and permanent easements were previously approved in principle with the City's approval of OSF's Institutional Plan and with the City's approval of a Redevelopment Agreement between the City and OSF Finance Company, LLC on January 10, 2012 (Council Item 12-013). The subject requested actions will formally complete the process.
