Communication from the City Manager and Deputy Corporation Counsel with Request for a DISCUSSION on the Feedback from the CANNABIS PUBLIC MEETINGS.

BACKGROUND: The City Council conducted a policy session on Cannabis regulation on October 11, 2022. Following the policy session, an in-person public meeting on Cannabis regulation was scheduled for November 2, 2022 and a virtual public meeting was scheduled for November 3, 2022.
In addition, an on-line survey was created to obtain community feedback on cannabis regulation issues. The survey can be accessed at: 2022 Recreational Cannabis Input Survey (surveymonkey.com) <https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/CannabisPeoria>.
The community feedback gathered at the public meetings will be presented to the Council on November 8, 2022.
