BACKGROUND: The Peoria Promise Foundation has applied for a temporary outdoor liquor license that will allow for the sale and consumption of alcohol at the “CityFest>>Warehouse” outdoor fundraiser. The fundraiser will be held on the street between the hours of 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Security will be provided. All proceeds will benefit Peoria Promise. The Peoria Police Department has recommended that this license be granted.
