BACKGROUND:  Andrew Sepich and Darren Frye, Owners, presented a Site Application for a Class B (restaurant, 50% food) Liquor License, with a Subclass 3 (beer garden) at 6035 N. Knoxville Ave., Suite 101-J. The Liquor Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of this Site Application. Minutes of the Liquor Commission Meeting are attached.
 
FINANCIAL IMPACT:  N/A
 
NEIGHBORHOOD CONCERNS:  Junction Oaks Condominiums submitted a letter expressing concerns in regard to outdoor noise.  There was a recommendation that any outdoor activities be limited to the period of no earlier than 9:00 a.m. or later than 10:00 p.m.
                     
IMPACT IF APPROVED: Alcoholic beverages can be sold and consumed at this establishment.
 
IMPACT IF DENIED:  This site will not be able to sell or serve any kind of alcohol.
