BACKGROUND: Ms. Laura Izaguirre, presented a Site Application for a Class B (restaurant, 50% food) Liquor License, with a Subclass 10 (off-premise catering) for 1621 N. Knoxville. The Liquor Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of this Site Application with the restriction of the sale of alcohol for On-Site Consumption Only without the authority to sell packaged alcoholic liquors for Off-Site Consumption. Minutes of the Liquor Commission Meeting are attached.
