BACKGROUND: Tim Workheiser submitted a Site Application for a Class B (restaurant, 50% food) Liquor License, with a Subclass 3A (sidewalk cafe) at 3504 N. Prospect. The Liquor Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of this Site Application. Minutes of the Liquor Commission Meeting are attached.

NEIGHBORHOOD CONCERNS: Three neighboring property owners expressed concerns in regards to a possible increase in traffic in the alley behind the establishment.
IMPACT IF APPROVED: Alcoholic beverages can be sold and consumed at this establishment.
IMPACT IF DENIED: This site will not be able to sell or serve any kind of alcohol.
