BACKGROUND:  Matthew Ruder, President, and Sara Fickes, Vice President, presented a Site Application for a Class K (rental hall) Liquor License at 1001 SW Washington, Suite 5-201, contingent upon the issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy. The Liquor Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of this site Application.    The Minutes of the Liquor Commission Meeting are attached.
