BACKGROUND: Mr. Travis Mohlenbrink, Owner, presented a Site Application for a Class B (restaurant, 50% food) Liquor License, with a Subclass 8 (private functions on public property) and a Subclass 10 (off premise catering - private functions) for 736 SW Washington. The owner is moving the Liquor License from 3406 NE Adams (Cracked Pepper) to this new location. The Site Application is attached, but due to the short turnaround, the minutes of the Liquor Commission Meeting containing the recommendation will be distributed on the floor at the City Council Meeting.
