BACKGROUND: Mr. Anthony Harris, Owner, presented a Site Application for a Class G-B (beer & restaurant only restaurant) Liquor License for 315 Main St.  The Liquor Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of this Site Application with a Plan of Operation and contingent upon the issuance of a C of O from the Community Development Department.  Minutes of the Liquor Commission Meeting are attached.
