BACKGROUND: Hank Huang, Manager, Feast Buffet, Inc., presented a Site Application for a Class G-B (beer & wine only restaurant) liquor license at 4232 N. Brandywine.  The Liquor Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of this Site Application.  Minutes of the Liquor Commission Meeting will be handed out at the Council Meeting.
