BACKGROUND: Petitioner Jason Heinekamp of Terra Engineering, Ltd. for Carlos Vizcarra of Amerco Real Estate Company, is requesting a Special Use in a Class C-1 (General Commercial) District to establish a Multi-Story Mini-Storage & Truck Rental Facility at the subject location which is a previously developed hotel.
The Planning & Zoning Commission found that the request met the Findings of Fact and voted 5 to 0, with one abstention, to APPROVE, including Staff’s conditions.
