BACKGROUND: Attorney Chris Oswald, Miller, Hall & Triggs, representing Second Wurst, LLC, d/b/a Dog Haus, presented a Site Application for a Class B (restaurant, 50% food) liquor license, with a Subclass 1A (2:00 a.m. closing hours) and a Subclass 3A (sidewalk café) at 4712 N. University, Unit B.  The Liquor Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of this Site Application.  Minutes of the Liquor Commission Meeting are attached.
