BACKGROUND: Tremayne Branch, Owner, presented a request to change from a Class G-B (beer & wine only restaurant) to a Class B (restaurant, 50% food) Liquor License and a Site Application for a Class B (restaurant, 50% food) Liquor License, with a Subclass 3A (sidewalk café) at 500 Main St. The Liquor Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of this site Application. Minutes of the Liquor Commission Meeting are attached.
