BACKGROUND:  The Steamboat Classic NFP has applied for a temporary outdoor liquor license that will allow for the sale and consumption of alcohol at a post-race Fundraiser during the Steamboat Classic Race.  The fundraiser will be held on SW Water St. at State St. in between the hours of 7:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m.  Security will be provided by off-duty police officers.  All proceeds will be donated to Steamboat Classic NFP.

IMPACT IF APPROVED:  Alcoholic beverages can be sold and consumed at this fundraiser.
