BACKGROUND: Ken Jack and Brittany Duffield (Co-Owners) presented a Site Application for a Class B-1 (restaurant, 25% food) Liquor License at 5901 N. Prospect, Suite 7, with a Subclass 3 (beer garden). The Liquor Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of this Site Application. Minutes of the Liquor Commission Meeting are attached.
