(Council District 3).

 

Body

BACKGROUND: The property owner, Steve Roehm, of University Professional Building LLC, is requesting to rezone property to a Class C-1 (General Commercial) District to be consistent with the zoning district to the south. Current use is dental office.

 

The Planning & Zoning Commission found that the request met the Findings of Fact and voted 7-0, to approve the rezoning request.
