BACKGROUND: Rebecca Hearn presented a Site Application for a Class B (restaurant, 50% food) Liquor License at 7338 N. University. The Liquor Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of this site Application. Minutes of the Liquor Commission Meeting are attached.
*On September 11, 2018, Ordinance No. 17612 was adopted to amend Chapter 3 of the Code of the City of Peoria to add a Class M-1 (BYOB - Culinary Education) Liquor License. The previous Site Approval for this location was amended from a Class B (restaurant, 50% food) Liquor License to a Class M-1 (BYOB - Culinary Education) Liquor License.
