BACKGROUND: Exposition Gardens, Inc. has applied for a temporary outdoor liquor license that will allow for the sale and consumption of alcohol at a BBQ Bluegrass Festival. The fundraiser will be held at Expo Gardens in between the hours of 3:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. each day. Security will be provided by off-duty police officers. All proceeds will be donated to Exposition Gardens, Inc. The Police Department has recommended that this license be granted.
