BACKGROUND: Ms. Sara Roach, operator/franchisee of Aurelio's Pizza, presented a Site Application for a Class B (restaurant, 50% food) Liquor License, with a Subclass 1A (2:00 a.m. hours) for 3821 N. Sterling. The Liquor Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of this site application. Minutes of the Liquor Commission Meeting are attached.
