BACKGROUND:  The petitioner, Michael R Seghetti of Elias, Meginnes and Seghetti, P.C. on behalf of property owners Second Chance Investments, LLC and 110 Illinois St, LLC requests to rezone four contiguous parcels from a Class R-6 (Multi-Family Residential) District to a Class C-G (General Commercial) District.

 

The Planning & Zoning Commission found that the request met the Findings of Fact and voted 7-0 to approve the request.
