BACKGROUND: Scott Endow, Business Development Manager, and Harlan Powell, Attorney, presented a Site Application for a Class K (rental hall) Liquor License at 2200 W. War Memorial Dr. The Liquor Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of this Site Application, contingent upon compliance with all Community Development Department Requirements.  Minutes of the Liquor Commission Meeting are attached.
