ALLEN ROAD, SUITE C & D, with a Recommendation from the Liquor Commission to Approve, contingent upon the following: 1) All handicapped fee signs must be $350.00; and 2) The dumpster in the rear of the building must be screened in a six foot tall, four-sided solid enclosure. BACKGROUND: Ricardo Martinez, Owner, presented a Site Application for a Class B (restaurant, 50% food) Liquor License for 9010 N. Allen Road, Suite C & D. The Liquor Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of this Site Application, with the stipulation that the applicant adhere to all Community Development Department requirements. Minutes of the Liquor Commission Meeting are attached.
